Unlimited Systems is recruiting a motivated Client Consultant to join our Client Services Team. Each member of our Client Consulting desk works with leading edge technologies to maintain and support a full range of commercial software products deployed across our national client base. We are currently seeking a personable individual that will provide exceptional, customer focused education, training and support.  
With Unlimited Systems you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in customer relationship building, training, software innovation and much more. New consultants join the Client Services team consisting of supportive and positive individuals who strive to exceed expectations with each customer interaction.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Owning and managing a book of business, consisting of our nationwide client base.
  • Responding to client inquiries via phone and email using internal software.
  • Establishing workflow processes, conducting training sessions, and deploying new software products. 
  • Troubleshooting client problems related to software and insurance payer guidelines.
  • Acting as a Product Manager by advocating for new technologies and product enhancements.
